Marinakis pointed out that approximately 175,000 surgical operations were performed during the first quarter of 2024, a number that not only marks a return to the previous standards but actually significantly exceeds them, relative to the year 2019.

As for the prices of products in supermarkets, the Prime Minister said that "the truth is that we have a persistent food inflation and we have to deal with this issue".

Prime Minister confirmed that the readjustment of all its policies in order to support young families was a top priority for the government.

Noting that the upcoming meeting between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Turkish President on Monday will be their fourth in the last few months, government spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis said that a political dialogue.

The election envelope will be sent by the Ministry of Interior by courier in May. It is compulsory for the voter himself or a third person with express authorisation to receive it.

In his meeting with Thessaly's stakeholders, the Prime Minister referred extensively to the masterplan prepared by HVA and stressed that "the hard work starts now".

According to government spokesperson, Mr Pavlos Marinakis, the government has taken a series of measures in order to combat high prices.

"For months there has been an ongoing intervention for more affordable prices on the shelf, as inflation resists some items," the prime minister said in his opening remarks.

The Armenian prime minister's visit was a significant step in consolidating the already excellent relations with Armenia, Mitsotakis said adding that they will have the opportunity to discuss bilateral cooperation in areas such as renewable energy sources and technology.
