Greek state bond prices rallied and yields fell to new record lows in the domestic electronic secondary bond market on Friday.
The 10-year bond yield fell to 1.308 pct from 1.34 pct on Thursday, only to recover to 1.35 pct later in the afternoon. The yield spread between the 10-year Greek and German benchmark bonds was 1.92 pct with the German Bund yielding -0.52 pct. Turnover was 35 million euros of which 11 million were buy orders.
In interbank markets, interest rates moved lower. The 12-month rate was -0.353 pct, the six-month rate was -0.433 pct, the three-month rate was -0.431 pct and the one-month rate was -0.460 pct.
